1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between you (“Buyer”, “You”) and St. Bruno Group Of Companies, MB (“Bruno’s Glam”, “we”, “our”, “our Store”) when purchasing goods or using our services on www.brunosglam.com.
1.2 By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site and refrain from making purchases.
2.1 By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
2.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or misuse any content, product, or service provided by our Store without our express written permission.
3.1 We make every effort to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding products and services. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or any other content on the Site will always be error-free.

4.1 We undertake to prepare and deliver your order using the delivery method selected at checkout and according to these Terms.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the delivery of ordered goods, we commit to refunding the full purchase amount within 3 business days.
4.3 We guarantee that all goods sold by Bruno’s Glam are original and of high quality.
5.1 You must pay for the goods and accept them according to the procedures outlined in these Terms.
5.2 If you refuse to accept the order upon delivery for reasons not caused by us, you may be required to cover return shipping and handling costs.
5.3 Upon receiving your order, you must inspect the package and goods in the presence of the courier or upon collection. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
5.4 You are responsible for collecting shipments from parcel lockers on time. Goods damaged due to improper or prolonged storage (e.g., heat exposure) are not eligible for return.
5.5 Failure to collect shipments does not constitute a valid return.
6.1 To complete a purchase, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate delivery and billing information.
6.2 An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with order details.
6.3 Payments may be completed using the methods available on our Site. Payments are securely processed through trusted platforms such as Shopify payment,Paysera, Stripe, PayPal, and via supported online banking.
6.4 The total order amount includes product prices, taxes (if applicable), and delivery fees. All payments are accepted in the currency displayed on the Site.
7.1 We strive to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs, logistics partners, or external factors beyond our control.
7.2 To return an item or request a refund, please contact us at help@brunosglam.com. Return instructions will depend on your situation and applicable laws.
7.3 Non-defective goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to Lithuanian Civil Code regulations.
7.4 Returned goods must be in original, undamaged packaging, unused, complete, and in resellable condition.
7.5 If return conditions are not met, we may refuse the return. Goods may be shipped back to you once return shipping is paid. If unclaimed within 10 business days, items may be disposed of.
7.6 Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
7.7 In cases of defective goods, we will reimburse return shipping costs.
8.1 All product prices may be changed at any time without notice.
8.2 We are not liable to you or any third party for price changes, promotional adjustments, service suspension, or discontinuation.
8.3 Prices are listed in euros unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied based on EU regulations.
8.4 Discounts, promotions, and special offers cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated.
8.5 Gifts included in promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If a buyer fails to collect their parcel from a parcel locker, courier, or pickup point and the parcel is returned to us:
9.1 A refund is issued only if the returned goods are in good, unused, undamaged condition.
9.2 If goods were damaged due to improper storage (e.g., excessive heat), we may deduct damage costs from the refund, with evidence provided.
9.3 The 14-day withdrawal period starts only when the Buyer physically receives the goods. Uncollected parcels are not considered “received.”
9.4 If the Buyer requests reshipment, a new shipping fee must be paid.
9.5 Refunds will be reduced by:

A €2 administrative fee for handling and processing the returned shipment
