We know how exciting it is to receive your order quickly. For this reason, we prepare and dispatch orders within 1 working day after payment is received.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times:

  • 1–2 working days within Lithuania

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5 working days due to courier workload, weather, holidays, or other external conditions

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel in real time.

3. Delivery Partners (Carriers)

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we ship through trusted logistics companies:

  • Omniva

  • LP Express

  • Venipak

Couriers are assigned depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.

4. Shipping Prices

We offer FREE delivery to parcel lockers for orders of €39 or more.

For orders below €39, the following rates apply:

Parcel Locker Delivery

  • €2.90 – Delivery to Omniva or LP Express parcel locker

  • €2.90 – Delivery to Venipak parcel locker (if locker option is available in your area)

Courier Delivery to Your Address

  • €3.90 – Via LP Express courier

  • €4.90 – Via Omniva courier

  • €3.90–€4.90 – Via Venipak courier (depending on region)

5. Important Information for Buyers

5.1 Inspecting Your Parcel

When collecting your parcel, please check:

  • Exterior packaging

  • Integrity of the box

  • Signs of damage

If damage is visible, notify the courier immediately and request the incident be recorded by LP Express, Omniva, or Venipak.

This ensures that compensation and replacement can be processed smoothly.

5.2 Incorrect Delivery Information

Bruno’s Glam is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete contact information

  • Failure to pick up the parcel on time

You may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.

6. Additional Notes

  • Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next working day.

  • Delivery outside Lithuania follows separate international delivery terms (we can create this section if you want).

7. International Shipping

Bruno’s Glam proudly ships worldwide. International delivery times and shipping methods are designed to offer our customers the fastest and most reliable service available.

Within Europe (EU Countries)

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • In some cases, depending on customs or courier workload, delivery may extend to a maximum of 5 business days

Outside Europe / Worldwide Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days

These timeframes may vary slightly due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays beyond our control.

For international shipping, we work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

Courier availability may vary by destination; the system will display the available options at checkout.

Shipping prices for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Chosen delivery method

7.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

  • Customs procedures may extend delivery times slightly.

  • Bruno’s Glam has no control over additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

7.5 Important Notes for International Buyers

  • Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

  • Refunds for unclaimed or refused parcels follow our standard Return Policy terms.
